No Delivery and shocking follow up.

We just spent R20 000 at Mega Couch in Witbank on the 30th of October. Which included a R550 delivery charge. We were told that delivery of our new furniture would happen the latest Wednesday (Being yesterday the 4th November. In turn we got rid of the old furniture including a bed to make space for the new Furuniture. <br> <br> The furniture never arrived yesterday and when I call the sales person who assisted me they just keep telling me they will make a plan and will call me back. Eventually I get a call today 5 November, saying that they will try ofr tomorrow 6 November. Maryna doesn't bother listening to me and cuts me short on the phone telling me it's ok and that the warehouse will contact me. Still no follow up call or contact from the warehouse. <br> <br> If they told me I could wait up to 5-7 workings days, I probably would have said okay. But they guaranteed me delivery by yesterday. And we made arrangements to make space for the new furniture. Maryna also did not want to give me the direct number to the warehouse so I could do her job for her. <br> <br> I'm not impressed. For R20 000 cash...I expect a little more professionalism and courtesy. It's ridiculous.
