Mega Couch & Mattress After Service

The after service is really pathetic!!!!! We bought a cough from them, The frame of the cough only lasted for 12 and a half months. Then you wait for 3 Weeks for feedback and then they only say sorry they are not going to assist you!!!. If you dont ask them for an update regarding the broken frame they simply do not contact you. If i could rate them no stars i would've! Will never buy anything from them again. Not good quality!
