liers and disrespectful

<p>I bought a sleeper couch frm them on a show in Middelburg Mall from a sales lady called Millicent, the lady **** about the delivery date and the stock on hand, I went bck a few days later to cancel as I did not get the couch in time, I was told I will b refunded in 30 min, which has now turned to weeks, agen I was **** to. I called their head office and spoke to a lady by the name of Tricia, who also **** to me daily promising to call me back but doesnt, the manager there is rude and careless, the sales lady send insulting messeges to us which nothing has been done about, when I wanted to lay a formal complain against her the email adress I was given was a false one...is tht how they treat ppl hu bring money into the business??? Is tht how they lie nd trick customers???</p>
