What a pleasure doing business with Mega Couch & Mattress. On 31 January 2015 we ordered a 2 and 3 seater couches and with delivery on 11 March 2015 the 3 seater couch was too big for the family room. On 12 March 2015, I phoned the Mdb Mall branch and they referred me to MARCIA MENEZES. Marcia was friendly, helpful and understanding and said she needed to speak to her supervisor. Minutes later she phoned back and asked me to fax my order and receipt and they will send their driver to come and fetch the 3 seater couch. Marcia phoned me later and said Mega Couch & Mattress did a credit and ordered me a 2 seater couch. On 17 March 2015 Marcia kept me updated with the progress. On 20 March 2015 Marcia phoned again and said that Mega Couch & Mattress will deliver my order on Monday 23 March 2015. Yesterday 23 March 2015, John delivered our 2 seater couch and what a friendly guy. He had a smile on his face. He definitely is proud to work for Mega Couch and Mattress and it shows. Today 24 March 2015 Marcia phoned again and did a follow up. Marcia and John are really employees who carry out their duties with pride, and what a privilege to do business with you!
