BAD SERVICE and POOR QUALITY FURNITURE...

I bought a couch from Mega couch and mattress last year. (04/04/2015)<br> <br> On the first delivery, the corner unit chaise was on the wrong side,so they had to take it back. I was happy to return and wait. I received the couch back on the 12/05/2015.<br> <br> On the 15/05/2015, I contacted them again because the couch was not scotch guarded.<br> 2nd - (arm rest) there was a portion of it that did not have stuffing. (you can see the unevenness of the arm rest)<br> 3rd - (material torn) there was a hole/patch of material torn or missing. <br> There were issues on availability on material etc and again was happy to wait. I received the couch back 31/07/2015.<br> <br> On the 01/02/2016, I contacted them again because the cushioning or stuffing in the couch had either not been filled properly or had moved/shifted.( when you sit on a specific section you can feel the wood.)<br> <br> I've had to call their offices twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back. I'm still waiting for my call back. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DEFINITELY BECOME REALLY BAD OVER THE YEARS. <br> <br> What a pity because I bought my first couch a few years back and had better service and quality product!<br> <br> THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM!...
