Bad customer service!!!

I bought couches at the branch in Fourways, Game Centre. They were delivered on the 14 of Oct 2014 to my son who returned them cause they were faulty. They returned the very same couches a day after. I then discovered other factory faults and when I went to the shop they told me the lady responsible for queries is on leave i need to come back last week of January. When I went back the shop had moved and no numbers or new address left! Thanks to Google I tracked them down. I am dealing with Marcia who is very rude and has bad customer service. They collected them on the 17 Feb. No call! No email no nothing! I call and everyone is busy and no one is returning my call! I don't want their service or couches anymore! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
