Bad bad customers service

<p>I bought a couch on the 2nd of July from mega couch and Matress in Greenstone and it broke on the 5th July took it back, the service it's very bad that I had to phone almost every day to check on how is everything as they dont care.Today I phoned head office same as consultants they dont care .They wanted me to speak to the supplier never in my whole life have I met a company so bad in customer service this is way too much. I wish I can have my R2500 cash back .</p>
