"I dont care if you're a client"

<p>On 27/11/2016 I purchaced one reviera tv stand, one riviera coffee table and one tanya sleeper couch wich came to a total amount of R8647. 00 , this was on lay-by i had an outstanding amount of R6000. I went Christmas shopping today and decided I would settle my outstanding amount. On arrival I saw two lounge suits that cought my eye, I then decided to go do my shopping at checkers and would come and decide which lounge suit to take while they are wrapping up the christmas gifts. I went and sat down on one of the couches trying to get the feel of it, I was there for plus minus 2 or 3 minutes(the malls cameras will cofirm this). A gentleman by the name Shadrac approaced me and told me I'm not allowed to sit on the couch, I then tried to explain to him that I had already made a lay-by and that i wanted to settle the outstanding amount and that I'm interested in buying a lounge suite, he simply rep**** and said "I don't care if you're a client, get up you're not allowed to sit here". This persons negative attitude and the way he was talking to me put me off. I then made my way to the other staff members and reqeusted a regonal managers number or a help line i could call to adress this problem, I was told by one of the gentleman that all the information i need is on the paper they gave me when i made the first payment, I then asked him if i could cancel this transaction due to the disrespect and non-willingness to help me as a client, he then just looked at me and ignored me. At this point i took out my phone and wanted to record the type of treatment i was getting, this really upset them. At this point i Reallized that trying to speak to these people would'nt get me any where. I tried to ask Mr Shadrac for his surname and he told me " you can run to facebook with your videos and say it was me Shadrac who chased you" , i then asked him to please give me his surname and he rep**** " so i am stupid, i wont give it to you, my name is Shadrac" i then told him that i am going to take this futher and he started threatning me and making racial comments. I then walked back around and sat on the couch that i liked and tried to find a contact person on the internet, i could'nt find anything helpful and decided to leave. I do not want to support or do bussiness or even be associated with these type of people, who treat customers like garbage.</p>
