Bad service and need my refund

Good Day. I had a incident where i was ********** by the s****yard and his employer. I took my car there for park and sell. according to their policy you can take a car for someone to view and take it back to them, they don't have a problem about it. Now i had my buyer that i wanted to show when i got the bad news that my car keys are lost. I end up having to bring the customer to their promises to show the seriousness of the missing key. My client and i reached an agreement that i will have a locksmith coming over to fix and clone duplicate key of which i will pay from the clients money. Therefore i asked for reimbur*****t from the s****yard of they refused. They don't want to pay my money yet they are the ones who misplace my car key
