Placed an order for 2000W Standing Vertical Steamer which arrived on the 7th August 2025 (Thu, 07 Aug 16:24 Delivered) It was late, so I only opened it the following day. After trying to use this steamer twice over the next few days, I quickly realized that the quality of the product is really bad, it was already leaking at the tank and the steamer never really managed to remove any wrinkles out of any of the garments that I attempted to iron. On the 12th I dried it out and boxed it up, sent an email on the 13th to ask them to arrange a collection of this item. Only to receive a response from
