TIME TO PAY UP

On the 29th July 2014 , my vehicle was side swiped by one of Megabus busses damanging my right vender and ripping my drivers side mirror off. Reg : BB 33 JJ GP. The matter has been reported and handed over to a Mr Ram Moodley who handles the claims for the company.<br> I ensured that Mr Moodley receive all the documentation he requested, yet I get no joy from this man.<br> It has been 8 months to date and NOTHING HAS COME FROM ALL THE INFORMATION HE REQUESTED!!!<br> Mr Moodley does not respond to my e-mail messages, but reads them, he does not return my phone calls and to put it mildly im extremely livid regarding this entire process. I am the one that continually has to follow up and get some lame excuse that they cannot get hold of my witness, yet I get hold of her without any problems.<br> I contacted Mr Moodley yesterday and was assured by one of his workers my call will be retured beofr COB, IM STILLL WAITING.<br> <br> Samantha Dooms
