Mega Build in Parow

<p>I had to go to Mega Build n Tile in Parow yesterday and it was my worse experience in my 16 years here in this country. I had to go there all the way from Gordon's Bay as they never answered all my emails or phone calls and never phoned back in the last few weeks.&nbsp; Reason for my visit was that they supp**** me with a wrong door frame and nobody in the Western Cape can help with tihs size fire door so I am in big trouble now.</p> <p>The owner, Mr. Mohammed Saliem Hassan came out of his meeting, greeted me shortly and then straight away started to shout and scream at me. I was so shocked and upset about that and he did not even listen to what I wanted to say.<br />He said that I asked for a smaller frame for the fire door!!! I have never heard such a bad excuse and nonsense for his mistake.&nbsp; He kept on shouting and then started to insult me. He then chased me out of his shop and run after me and wanted to beat me up. Luckily I am not like those people and managed to get out of his shop safely.<br />I then saw him shouting at his staff in the warehouse and run after his employee with a wooden plank. My heart was beating after this experience and I am still in shock but luckily not injured.</p> <p>Not only that they gave me bad service and just ignore customer complaints!</p> <p>They even shout, swear and insult customers .</p> <p>Be careful when shopping at Mega Build in Parow! You might get even hurt by the owner!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
