Very poor workmanship.

If there was a 0 star, that is the rating that I would have given them.

My cars CV joints had to be replaced. I had to go back three times.

The first time, I collected my car and went to work. No one informed me that I needed to do my alignment. After the day had passed, when I got to my car, all my gearbox fluid had leaked through the seal that was not replaced. So I took the car back, and they replaced the seal. That very same day, on my way home, the CV came loose and I couldn’t drive any further with the car. I had to call Outsurance to send a low bed.

When I tried to call the owner, he told me he can’t do anything and that I had to being the car in the next morning.

The owner clearly did not understand the the inconvenience it made, after I had told him, repeatedly, that I needed the car.

When I got the car, he had a very bad attitude, the owner was very rude and blamed me for the CV that came loose, and he imp**** that I had no driving capability. Then the owner told me that I should have made time for taking the car for alignment, after NO one told me that.

I paid the full amount that they quoted, and eventually had to pay almost R500 more with the mistakes that they made.

They are rude, and don’t take responsibility for the work they did, and I will never recommend anyone on using their service.
