Mega Auto Motors is a *****

I purchased a vehicle from Mega Auto motors in January 2019 ,i had a break down in March 2019 i contacted Derek during that time & we towed the car to him to repair as it was still 3 months old. The Oil & water had been mixing they had the car for two weeks. i had to Continuously keep calling them every hour. The amount of lies that comes out from Dericks mouth is unbelievable. they had advised that they replaced the Radiator. We eventually recieved the car back which it seemed fine.

August 2019 my vehicle did the same . i was once again broken down i then contacted Derick again for assistance. he had requested for his mechanics to repair the car. From the 20th of August 2019 - 19th september 2019 i was left without a vehicle once again. a week earlier they were actually on their way to deliver the car they say it was supposedly repaired however on their way to me only to be told they need to take the car back & had the vehicle for another two weeks.

I am now sitting with no car , as the same issue came up in january 2020 it is at a workshop stripped. i have requested for slips for the spares replaced in august & March last year .im still F******* waiting for Derick to send them to me.

He is so damn rude & arrogant, he twists his words and doesnt allow you to speak. he is a ***** for taking people for a ride. i wonder how he lives lying to his family.

He puts the Phone down on you when you need to have your say. I am now paying for something i dont have. he is not helpfull at all. can he just resolve his issues with clients & run an honest Business. He is a dog. He will lie his way through situations he is disgusting and pathetic.

Please dont buy a car from him, you will regret it. he will make you cry . Derick the owner of Mega Auto Motors is a ***** !!!!!
