Meetup Support Group - Failure to assist

I have sent 6 emails to the Meetup Support Email address since 11/08/2020 as my Meetup account was blocked due to spam. I've requested several times assistance for them to reactivate my account only to receive a response that they have received my ticket and would get back to me shortly, well shortly has turned into long days. They honestly need to change their support group / policy and assist members sooner than never.
