Happy hour misleading and disappointing

Misleading and disappointing. Was just at meet and eat we asked waiter about the happy hour and ****tails it includes. We were was told everything got a big surprise with bill and told it is only 10% off afterwards. Not what we expected and waiter clearly knew what we were there for as we asked specifically for happy hour and he checked the time. Leaves a very distasteful taste and a mood killer for the end of holiday. Not handled professionally and expected to pay full price before we left. We specifically went for the happy hour and did not receive what we requested.
