Meerkat Utilities Clowns

Meerkat Utilities are absolute clowns! I raised concerns about their billing system three months ago, and they claimed they would investigate. Instead, when it came time to meet, the person who had been rude and arrogant over text comes with two other people to my house to come and talk *******.

I also questioned the fact that my bill still goes up even when my power is switched off and they said the meter still runs???—how does that make any sense? Yesterday, my power was cut off over an alleged R31 outstanding balance, and I paid R250 under duress as I am still protesting their billing to top up my wallet just after 5pm. Then today, after work, I come home to find my power cut off again! They switched me off in less than 24hours and today I was told I owe R36.

This Mikey mouse of a company is unreliable, their billing is shady, and their customer service is a joke.
