Meerhof Oewer

I am writing this in regards to the very arrogant and rudeness of the Meerhof Oewer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Firstly the old man at reception is RUDE. He disrespected us and also threw our bank cards with force onto the table because it took an extra 2 mins to clear because of the network on "his" machine. We are well traveled and haven't experienced behavior like this before. Secondly also be aware if you stop at gate they will open it but argue the hell out of you as if you did something wrong, bad customer service as i paid almost 1k for the night and get treated like that also cant fish as the place is full off rubish.
