Service non existing

<p>Meerhof Lodge brags with a 4 star rating and says on their website they serve meals .</p> <p>Well we had an overseas guest staying with them on the 06/04/2017 , we paid for bed and breakfast and trusted that he would enjoy a good South African breakfast before our Directors will pick him up for his training today. When our Directors arrived this morning to collect him he told them they didn't serve breakfast and they gave him a voucher to go eat somewhere else which he could not do as he had no transport . When we asked them about this the manager told me all the guest that stay with them have their own transport how disgusting is that . Our feeling is that they should not have a 4 star rating if they do not even serve a basic breakfast</p>
