Receptionist will cost the owner his business

Meerhof lodge refused to give me the owner or manager’s contact details. The receptionist did not give me a refund for cancellation let alone agree to rebook me for a lesser busy period. R6000 that I have now forfeited and have ever since been begging for a rebooking. He only blueticks my Watsapp texts and did not reply to my emails. Please find the owner and make him aware of all the negative reviews. The other posted reviews have no replies from the business.
