Not worth going there....dishonest business

I called a day before to ask how much is their cancelation fee,they told me no refund however the supervisor said that I could choose another date.i did and this morning the secretary is not only rude,but claims the supervisor is on leave for three weeks and the penthouse is no longer available till end january.but when I log in to booking.com the penthouse is available. I feel.they were supposed to be honest from the beginning because R3000 is a lot of money.
