Very disappointed, day spoilt

Bossa Meerendal the place looks lovely. My team and I went there to close off the year, but the service we received was ********** to say the least. We got our food after more than an hour had passed. No explanation given. When we asked for the manager, we were given the run around. He only presented himself after asking a couple of waiters to point us his direction. They really put a damper on our our outing. I wouldn't recommend the place.
