Parking at Meerendal Wine Estate

05 Feb 2023, 17:00 Parking My wife and I went to Meerendal to celebrate with my daughter. My daughter arrived about 10 minutes before we did and parked inside the boom at the restaurant. She messaged me that she had parked inside and that there was parking available. When we arrived, the security guard informed us that we could not park on the inside and near the front of the restaurant, but only at the outside gravel area parking of the property, he was also very rude and abrupt. We confirmed that the car park by the restaurant was not full at all and further, It was a very windy day today and when we came out, our car was covered in dust. This put a damper on the afternoon spent we there and It deeply disappoints me that Meerendal does this to their clients. I will not be returning and have advised my friends and family too.
