Appalling service

We have been going here since the newly build Bossa and everytime we go there it gets worse and worse. Service is non existent and whenever you ask them they always say they understaffed but staff standing around and having a laugh. The manager, if you may call him that, when upon arriving shaking hands with everyone and trying to be buddies but instead can’t run a restaurant. Upon arriving on Sunday for example we waited ten minutes for a waiter to show up. Then another 15 minutes and had to go and look for someone for the drinks. Kids food took half an hour for two plates of sausages and chips. We order our pizzas and waiting an hour after we complained and they said kitchen is flooded with orders. This is a regular occasion on Sundays and always have to complain. If we do not go out for dinner on Sundays we order pizza to be uplifted. On numerous occasions the pizzas is either wrong or not even done after half an hour of ordering it. Then the waiters argue amongst each other when paying by cash who has change. If you look at fhe amount of people complaining about the same stuff over and over you have a serious problem. These people are enlightening you about your problems and you should do something about this otherwise you will lose more and more customers. Make or break its in your hands!
