Ridiculous Meerendal Boutique Hotel

Meerendal Boutique Hotel just informed us, less than 24hrs before we arrive on phoning them to arrange transport from the airport, that they cancelled our booking due to them being overbooked . We received no notification from them prior to this phone call we made today. We have a family wedding to attend at this establishment on Saturday 6 Oct. and a number of wedding guests are also, supposedly, booked in too. Now we have no room!!! Help!! We made and confirmed our booking 3 weeks ago. Absolutely unacceptable!!
