Personal Belongings ******

<p>Poor service! The morning of checkout I realized that there was a lot of make-up and brushes (value of R3100,00) missing got no help from the front desk . the manager was supposed to call me on Monday, nothing happened and I called them. The lady assured me that they will pay me back the value but on Friday a very arrogant gentleman called me and told me that he is not sure what I'm expecting of him to do about the situation. Basically no nothing is done and he told me he cant do anything about unhappiness!!! WONT EVER VISIT AGAIN!</p>
