Waiting a week for delivery

Terrible delivery turnaround. You cannot promote yourself as an efficient medicine delivery company when it takes a week to receive medicine. Very slow, complicated process. You are better off going to the pharmacy to fill your script yourself immediately, unless you are fine with waiting for a week for medicine. People with flu and who need antibiotics, should only start taking them a week later? That is pathetic service defeating the purpose of an express delivery.
