Service of Medxpress is a joke!!!

I went online to join Medxpress as I belong to discovery and they advertise on their website how great and quick it is. What a joke!! I uploaded by script on Wed - message received was I would receive an sms in an hour. Nothing. When I called was told it was the incorrect address on website, and I must email the script. DId this same day....,.still nothing. Called them to be told they had not received it...haha...I had the receipt.<br> I was then told to email again. Did this - 3rd time. Still nothing. Called them and spoke to a pharmacist who advised that she would action it on Sat and sms me the details to collect at Dischem. By this time my ashma pump was finished. Nothing happened on Sat, she did not call me...surprise surprise. WHen I called on Monday she advised she did call but the no was incorrect. She ****, because how did she find the correct number on Monday????? I was told my meds would be delivered at 2PM. BY 4.30 still nothing. I had to call Dischem who advised that they were out of stock of one of the tabs I ordered. After me insisting I needed my pump they agreed to deliver same and other later. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MEDXPRESS!! HEADACHE !!!
