Poor service by Medxpress

Thought I would try and order medication online through the Discovery app as it would take less than 3 hours if I collect at a nearby pharmacy. I chose not to get medication delivered as it took too long. It is now 28 hours later and my medication is still not available for my collection. If I had known it would take this long (and counting) I would’ve gone in and got the medication myself. Needless to say you can’t contact them to find out why the delay. I have called the Discovery call centre and their hands are tied.
