Mum not receiving her chronic meds as promised.

On the 1st of Dec 2014 I spoke to Candice who confirmed after a long battle with Discovery (Jashvir Singh) that my mums chronic medication will be supp**** on a monthly basis to her as arranged. It has been 3 months since the last delivery yet my debit order is deducted without hesitation. Will someone from Discovery and Medxpress please do what they are being paid to do and stop taking our money and providing us with poor service. I have forwarded an email to the generic email at Medxpress they provide us with and to Jashvir yet NO one bothers to respond. I want to know what happened to the delivery of my mums medication over the last 3 months and when will she get them monthly going forward? I eagerly await feedback.
