Medxpress always an issue

We have been struggling with medxpress since they day they started. Every month there is issues with my daughter's cronnic medication and if you try to call them there is no answer and no reply on emails. Now this month the put the debit order through twice. This pathetic service should stop now and I need a senior Manager to call me back to sort this out once and for all.
