Left without chronic medication

<p>What can one say when you receive and sms saying you can only claim for your chronic medication in August again. Apparently in the year I have used Medxpress I clamied 14 times. I would love to know how your system works? Your info brochure states the following: you will receive a sms advising you that your previous order was placed 24 days ago and if you want the same orderto be placed IN THE NEXT MONTH you need to reply with a 'yes'. please tell me then why, after I reply 'yes', it is dispatched in the same month? Now it looks like I claimed twice in a month but in reality I have not. I received a delivery 3 May and the claim was processed 3 May but the next claim was processed 31 May but I only received in June hence I thought hey this is my June refill. Well MedXpress you can go fly a kite. I will pay for the meds I need for the next two months eventhough I could have claimed were it not for your incompetence and incapability of honouring your own arrangement and then I will free myself from your clutches.</p>
