late delivery of medication

<p>My husband is on Chronic medication , Medxpress sent an SMS last week friday that they have dispatched his medication but today is friday and no medication has been delivered . The medication has been delivered to the same place the past months but to my surprise today they can't find the place. What concerns me is he is running out of medication and they have caused me my time and money calling them . I'm really unhappy , I pay medical aid and the service is not good.</p>
