It is sometimes the small things that make a difference to people

I got my first delivery today through MedXpress from a driver for Clicks. (I must start out by saying that this delivery has probably been my 50th home delivery from delivery companies since Covid started). Many delivery people have not required signing of a document and many others have. MedXpress through Clicks was one that required me to sign for delivery. The delivery person/driver gave me his pen but first sprayed the pen with sanitizer....this was the first time any driver had sprayed their own pen with sanitizer before giving it to me and for this I want to say thank you. You will do well in keeping this tradition of spraying the pen long after the pandemic has passed. I was/am impressed. It is the small things that make a difference to me.
