Chronic Medication

After numerous SMS's to inform us that Medxpress will deliver our chronic meds we registered on 30/07/15 ,phoned them [3 hrs on phone] they informed us my wife's medication has no extra payments due and will be sent, my one med I paid an exess amount of R 77.00 and they sent me that Med after another phone call and 3 emails we have to date not received my wifes meds [Does she now go without and face serious blood pressure problems or worse until Medxpress one day decides to send the medication????
