Bakhitah Mubashir

I started using Discovery MedXpress this month. Unfortunately, there were a few issues.

HOWEVER, I must commend the staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. As soon as I logged a call back, minutes later I was contacted - each time! I am so pleased with their Customer Care Department.

I have spoken to 2 different consultants and both have been professional, understanding, kind and seem to genuinely care. The first gentleman (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) went out of his way to ensure that my medication was sorted out ASAP and dealt with the relevant admin in record time. Because of him, my medication was not delayed as the pharmacy advised.

Ms Mubashir, the second consultant I am dealing with, has been in constant contact with me-keeping me in the loop with all new developments. She goes beyond her job description to help, and I am so grateful to her as she listened patiently to my NUMEROUS questions and was able to answer all of them without using jargon.

(I also work in a call center and know how difficult some clients can be. After a long day, having a client who takes up so much time talking and asking questions can be quite taxing.) As it is Friday, and she is nearing the end of her shift, she did not get irritated with me, to which I am so thankful. Ms Mubashir did not once sigh, try make an excuse to end the call, or sound uninterested. She went above and beyond and escalated my query even though she did not have to.

I would just like to let you know Ms Mubashir that you made my day. Keep on being the friendly person that you are. You have no idea how many peoples' lives you have/will change with your caring.

I pray you have a bountiful life further and I know you will excel in anything you do and achieve everything you want!
