Medwell? More like Medworse...

Absolutly pathetic service.

Medwell ensure qualified/trained people to come to your home and help improve a difficult situation at home, making your life easier after most probably already having to endure a time of hardship with a loved one.

Instead what they offer you is inexperienced, cold hearted workers, who have little to no respect for the patient they’re working with, have NO clue what so ever as to what they’re supposed to do in term of cleaning/bathing, taking a patient to the bathroom, putting a patient to bed or from the bed to a wheelchair, no lifting techniques.

To make it worse, they have no means of transport, meaning that you have to go and fetch the workers yourself and bring them to your home at your own time and expense, prepare them food and drink for the duration that they are there to ‘help’, pay for the water and electricity that they use and worst of all see how unexperienced and uneducated they are when handeling your ill/recovering/dying loved one.

Don’t think calling Medwell and stating the fact that due to your specific situation you require a big, strong individual that knows what they’re doing becuase the loved one you need help with weighs over a 120kgs....... They’ll just assure you that the people they send will be quite capable of handeling the situation. Instead of them just listening to your request and sending you the help you require and the help you pay for, you end up with two unhelpful people who between the both of them still can’t help and offer the support you require and now have to cater for two poeples food and drink.

Absolutely dreadfull service and a pathetic excuse for a company claiming to provide affordable and convenient help at your home!!
