Never talk to us!!!!

<p>Holding on forever for nobody to EVER answer the phone, trying to get acknowledgement that my email was received with my claim, leave messages on their option to do so but nobody calls me and nobody talks to me. HOW must I confirm this (by the way, the onus is on the client to make sure they have received your claim???!!!!) An agent answers, twice, a lady, YES, finally! BUT then she cuts the call. Call centre manager - wake up, your agents are pulling the wool over your eyes. DO something about your shocking non-existent customer service.</p>
