MEDWAY GAP COVER A ****

I have been hospitalised for cancer surgery and had huge co-payments. Now Medway Gap cover refused to pay, saying that the medical aid should pay for it seeing that it is a PMB illness. The medical aid paid medical scheme rates, and the difference that I had to pay is what I have GAP Cover for... They always have loopholes not to pay for what they should. Why on earth would anyone invest in GAP cover if they are not helping with co-payments? I have been paying them a lot of money for the past 10+years, and now they refuse to pay my claim. I am definitely going to end my gap cover with them and will spread the word about their terrible service! False advertising and horrible service!
