Medical aid
I have tried to contact Medway on numerous occasions telephonically - no answer. I have sent 4 emails - no response ! They are Fedhealth brokers . They recieve monthly payments and definitely do NOT EARN what they recieve monthly . Pathetic is too good a description for them . Along with membership fees / medical aid , we must still pay the doctors as well . Fedsure and Medway are not the ideal medical aid , in fact quite the opposite .
