False info
Im so unhappy with medway gap cover i feel they get clients by false infomation when i contacted them they send someone to come and see me about the gap cover i wanted it for when my daughter has her operation and the medical aid doesnt cover it i was then told that everything that is in hospital and the medical aid doesnt paid it the gap cover will pay for it i must only send the documents thru to the gap cover and then they will pay never told me that i should pay then claim it back from them so my husband went in for a operation in 2016 when i phoned the gap cover they told me i should pay the R3500 first then i could claim it back from them emailed me the documents which i had to fill in and send back with proof that i paid the R3500 so i had to arrange to pay the R3500 off because i didnt have money all at once when i send them the req documents i got an sms with more documents they needed which i mailed again i had to keep on following up then got a email saying my claim has been rejected due to outstanding documents then i contacted medway they gave me the claims dept number i phoned them they told me to email the documents again to the call centre then they can foward it to the claims dept so the can re-open my claim when i emailed the documents to the call centre they mailed me back and said sorry nothing they can do my claim was rejected and they dont reply my emails.....i want all my money back that i have paid to them because they gave me false infomation and was no help at all
