Caleb at Medway - consultant

Good afternoon,

I would just like to take a moment to thank Caleb for his amazing support, guidance and dedication\.

We have been his clients for quite some time, and every time I have a question or need assistance with anything, he goes above and beyond to help\. He is not just a consultant — he is one of those rare people who genuinely goes out of his way to assist others\.

He didn’t simply sign us up and leave us to figure things out on our own\. No matter how many questions I ask, he always takes the time to answer properly, explain everything clearly and make sure that we understand\.

Last night, we had an emergency and I WhatsApped him at 21:03\. He rep**** at 21:08\. Where in today’s world do you still find people who are willing to go that extra mile, especially after hours?

I honestly feel truly blessed to have someone like Caleb looking after us\. He is always respectful, helpful, friendly and professional, while still making you feel as though you have known him forever\.

I simply wanted to let you know that Caleb is a fantastic consultant and a true asset to Medway\. He represents the company exceptionally well and gives Medway a fantastic name through the way he treats and assists his clients\.
