Medway Co-payment Cover Removal Without Notice

We've been with Medway for 10 years now as a gap cover, meant for all medical aid shortfalls and co-payments. Now that I claim for a co-payment I discover they have changed their policy in the past year, no email or communication of this significant cover change. And conveniently we did not receive our annual renewal email as we've been receiving each year since 2016...
