A PURE **** - DONT USE THIS COMPANY

A pure an utter **** - Pay for a product in February - numerous messages to say the package has been sent with an invalid package / freight reference. Sending an email threatening social Media and asking for CEO details and we get an email saying there is a delay due to COVID - 7 months later REALLY - We have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and it has been ignored. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY !
