You are required to pay specialist cash even though it's from the network list and claim money back . Not what i was told upon signing up .it's false marketing

This is false marketing even though they provide you with specialist visits under the network hospitals you will be liable to pay the specialist direct and claim from the medical aid . . Extra expenses you don't budget for . Pathetic service I had to pay both the specialist and dentist myself ( 1st dentist appointment but they said I had insufficient funds for extractions Imagin receiving this news as you lying on the bed in the surgery ) . This is by far the worst experience ever . People complain over nitty gritty maybe . My complaint and warning is 💯 true and facts first hand experience . . I am waiting on medshield to now reimburse my money still waiting . Would definitely not recommend them to anyone .
