Wrongful termination for their own mistake!

I app**** for membership in last year and started my membership 1 Sep 2021. One of the questions were. "Do you HAVE any medical conditions to declare.." I have no current medical condition nor did I have when doing my application. They meant to ask according to them that I should give my history for all my doctor visits to state I had covid, tendonitis and a neck spasm. So they do not know how to ask their questions properly. And due to their mistake, my membership got terminated for non disclosure AFTER getting hospital authorization for a surgery. Now they say I am liable for all the bills AFTER authorization was approved and I did not make an error answering my question truthful to say I do not HAVE any medical condition. I refuse to pay the bills AUTHORIZED by Medshield to be paid as I DID NOT WITHHELD INFORMATION.
