Worst Service Ever!!!

We treated a patient that was a Medshield Medical aid member who was admitted in ICU in November 2019.

When we requested for Authorisation for the treatment we were told that the patient did’nt have a year being the Medical aid member so the Scheme must decide wheather they will pay us Health Care Service providers.

We only got authorisation in March 2020 but when we claim they did’nt pay us because it is a stale claim so they say.

its only a metter of time where all Health care Service Providers will not render their service to Medshield Members. Their rude Call center agents are the worst
