worst service and medical aid experience

worst experience received from call center agent-I called in this morning and spoke to a lady. she has so bad phone ethics literally fighting with a client over the phone.

i had a query regarding a doctor i wasn't able to get a my medication from a pharmacy when i was given a script from the doctor.

when i called in the lady tells me his license expired i need to tell him to renew it- is that my job or the medical aids as they have this doctor on the list?

cause im failing to see how its my job to tell a doctor wat to do.

secondly she tells me he shouldnt of claimed that much cause he hasnt provided medication.

now is that also my job to tell the doctor as I'm paying for medical aid and this doctor is on the list.

worst medical aid ever.. i wonder if i really end up in hospital and what treatment i will get.
