Worst Service

Sadly I would agree with most of the reviews on the form. Absolutely worth a 0 Star review. The support staff is very rude and speaking to a manager seems impossible. We have been struggling for months to get approved for a benefit that is clearly stated in our medical aid plan. I will encourage all my friends and family to stay far away from this company. They do not care at all and after being sent from corner to corner to gather the information, we were kindly notified to gather more information in order to get approval. WHAT A WASTE OF OUR TIME, Medshield does not care about their client's time.
