WORST NIGHTMARE

medshield has been my worst nightmare, best believe that it has failed me more than i can count. painful part is that i never got to enjoy my pregnancy because of this medical aid. If you are thinking of moving to this medical aid, i beg you yo refrain from even considering them. They did not pay my OB, worst part they didnt even pay the hospital bill i was admitted at for delivery. here i am sitting with a new born and a 50k bill from the hospital. i am shattered, instead of enjoying my new born im stressed wondering how am i going to pay this hospital bill. These guys will take from you with no doubt, when in need of them they fail dismally. i will be escalating the matter further with the Ombudsman. They didnt pay for my tests, didnt pay for my medication, didnt pay my gyaene, didnt pay for the c section, yeses they didnt pay for anything. I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THESE ******. IN FACT ANY COMPANY THAT HAS MEDSHIELD AFFILIATED WITH SHOULD REFRAINFROM OFFERING THEM THIS MEDICA LAID
